(I) Age Requirements
1、Half marathon and 10km marathon:runners must be 16 and above (born before 2003),be physically healthy and keep long-distance running;
2、Mini marathon:runners must be 16 and above(born before 2003),be physically healthy;
3、Mini Parent-child marathon:an adult must be 20 and above (born before 1999) and a child must be under 15(born after 2004), Each family only takes along one child.
Note: Competitors must register with their valid ID documents and follow the age regulations for each event.Guardians or legal representatives of the minors must sign up the entry statement prior to pick up the equipment and participation.
(II) Health Requirements
The marathon is a high-intensity, long-distance, high-risk competitive sports that has high requirements for the competitor’s physical condition. All competitors shall be physically healthy and be often conducting running practice. Competitor is advised to register in the race upon his/her own physical condition and training status.
People who fall into the following categories are NOT allowed to participate:
1.Congenital heart diseases and rheumatic heart diseases;
2.Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3.Myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4.Serious coronary artery diseases and serious arrhythmia;
5.Diabetics with too high or too low blood sugar;
6.Pregnant woman
7.Other patients who are not suitable for exercise.
Note: In the competition, personal injury and property damage caused by personal and other personal reasons shall be borne by the competitors. The organizing committee of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon requires all competitors to undergo a physical examination (including an electrocardiogram) through a formal medical institution, and conduct a self-assessment in conjunction with the inspection report to confirm that their physical condition can adapt to the long-distance running before signing up for the competition.
Statement: The route, drinking station, toilet and other settings of this competition are not suitable for the participation of wheelchairs, baby carriages, roller skating and other special groups. In order to fully protect your personal safety, the organizing committee has the right to terminate the qualifications of the above groups.
(III) Registration
1. Competitors can enter the official website of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon within the specified time, and fill in the personal registration information. For details of the registration, please refer to the official website of the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon.
2．The scale of the competition was 5,000, the half marathon was limited to 2,000, the 10 km marathon was limited to 1,500, the mini marathon was limited to 500, and the parent-child group was limited to 1,500.Registration ends till the total limit is met,the reply to the registration of the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon Organizing Committee shall prevail.
3.This registration must be implemented online,the order of registration:sign up → complete payment → announce the entry number.
4.Both individual and team registration are accepted.Competitors can register on the official website of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon.Team registration is required on the computer and it supports half marathon, 10km marathon and mini marathon project (except parent-child groups).
5. Individual registration is required to fill in the Individual Entry Form,the form can be filled on the official website of the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon.
6.Team registration shall fill in the Team Registration Form.Log in to the official website of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon and click “Sign up Now”,the form can be downloaded and fill in according to the prompts.Team registration refers to registration by the provincial and municipal authorities, schools, military units, enterprises, clubs,social organizations, and organizes registration of 20 or more people (including 20 people).
（IV） Registration procedure
Applicants must read and agree to the requirements of the competition regulations,fill in the real registration information and pay as required, then the contestant can check the entry number on the official website after completing the registration process. Competitors under the age of 18 are required to download and print the declaration to sign by own and guardian, custodian or legal representative, and turn back to the organizing committee when receive the equipment. Competitors over the age of 18 can sign this declaration on-site.
Notes
（1）Applicants must fill in the personal registration information factually and accurately in order that the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon Organizing Committee can send the competition information to the competitors on time. At the same time, the Organizing Committee of the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon will verify the truth of the information. Once it is found to be false, the relevant person will be disqualified.
（2） The organizing committee of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon strongly suggests all competitors to undergo a physical examination (including an electrocardiogram) through a formal medical institution, and conduct a self-assessment in conjunction with the inspection report,then competitors can register in the race upon his/her own physical condition and training status.
（3）The half marathon, 10km marathon, mini marathon, mini parent-child marathon is on a first-come, first-served basis. It does not draw lots and you can directly pay when you register. Registration will end when the number is full.
（4）In order to safeguard the rights of sponsors, in addition to the designated sponsors of the Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon Organizing Committee, all the tracks of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon is strictly prohibited from appearing any other promotional items with commercial propaganda. Including but not limited to flags, banners, balloons, models, and more. Violations will be forfeited and the offender will be disqualified.
（5）Once the half-marathon, 10km marathon, mini marathon, mini parent-child marathon successfully registered, the entry fee will not be refunded if the competitor withdraw for personal reasons.
（6）After the registration and payment,Competitors under the age of 18 are required to download and print the declaration to sign by own and guardian, custodian or legal representative, and turn back to the organizing committee when receive the equipment.Competitors over the age of 18 can sign this declaration on-site.
(V) Registration Time
The registration time of half Marathon, 10 kilometers marathon, mini marathon and parent-child mini marathon is 10:00 on Sep. 30, 2019 to 17:00 on Oct. 31,2019. Competitors should visit the website of Chongqing Dazu Around Longshui Lake Half Marathon to submit registration information and pay the fees.
Competitors can log in the official website to inquire the personal information.

(VIII) The invoice of entry fee
The invoice of entry fee will use express delivery, and the postage will pay by competitor when he/she got it.
The organizing committee of Dazu Longshui Lake Half Marathon will offer the invoice after 5 workdays of finishing competition.
If competitor needs the invoice of entry fee, competitor should send a email included competitor’s name, ID card, telephone number, competition number, group number, amount of money, delivery address and other information about invoice( username, taxpayer’s registration number, if you are individual invoice, you don’t need taxpayer’s registration number) to the organizing committee official mailbox. Organizing committee will check the information and send the invoice after 10 workdays of finishing the competition.
